Avocado and Chilli Toast

  • 3 slices homemade herby or plain bread made from Loprofin Mix
  • 1 clove garlic, halved
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 avocado, sliced
  • 3 radishes, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp chilli flakes
  • Handful fresh coriander
  • Salt and pepper


  1. Toast the low protein bread. Once toasted, rub with a garlic clove and drizzle with the olive oil.
  2. Serve each slice of toast with some avocado, radish, coriander and chilli flakes.
  3. Season with salt and pepper and finish off by drizzling with some balsamic vinegar.


Chef's Tip
If you don't have time to make bread, use Loprofin Sliced Loaf instead.
