Ingredients

  • FOR THE GREEN SMOOTHIE
  • Small handful of baby spinach
  • 1/2 ripe banana
  • 1 kiwi
  • 100ml Sno-Pro
  • FOR THE MIXED BERRY SMOOTHIE
  • 100g mixed berries
  • 1/2 ripe banana
  • 100ml Sno-Pro
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • FOR THE BLUEBERRY SMOOTHIE
  • 75g blueberries
  • 1/2 ripe banana
  • 100ml Sno-Pro
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • FOR THE MANGO SMOOTHIE
  • 100g mango
  • 1/2 ripe banana
  • 100ml Sno-Pro
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • Juice of 1/2lime

Method

  1. Put all the ingredients for your chosen smoothie into a food processor or blender^ and process until smooth and thick.
  2. Serve immediately.
