  1. Place the jam in the bottom of a wide, microwave safe bowl. 
  2. In a separate bowl, mix together the Loprofin Chocolate Cake Mix, sunflower oil and Sno-Pro. 
  3. Spread the chocolate mix over the jam and place in the microwave for 8 minutes. 
  4. Once cooked, place a plate over the bowl and tip out the cake – the jam side should now be facing upwards. 
  5. Decorate with fresh strawberries. 
  6. Cover leftovers with kitchen foil or store in an airtight container for 3 days.

This recipe works great with raspberry jam and fresh raspberries too.
