Ingredients

  • 250g frozen raspberries, thawed
  • 1tbsp icing sugar
  • 1tbsp lemon juice

Method

  1. Blitz the thawed raspberries, lemon juice and icing sugar in a food processor^.
  2. Pass through a sieve to remove all the seeds.
  3. This can be stored in the fridge for 2 weeks.
