  • 45g butter
  • 85g brown sugar
  • Pinch of course sea salt


  1. In a saucepan over low heat, melt the butter, then mix the brown sugar until dissolved.
  2. Increase heat and bring mixture to a boil.
  3. This can be stored in the fridge for 2 weeks.
  4. Sprinkle with sea salt according to taste.
