  • 250g Loprofin Mix
  • 25g melted butter
  • 2 tsp baking power
  • ½ tsp of vanilla essence
  • 200ml Sno-Pro


  1. Mix the dry ingredients together.
  2. Add the melted butter and Sno-Pro and whisk with an electric mixer to form a smooth batter.
  3. Spoon the batter into a preheated waffle machine.
  4. Cook for 5-6 minutes until lightly golden in colour. 
Filling Suggestions:
• Raspberries, blueberries, mint and maple syrup
• Mango, passion fruit , kiwi, coconut yogurt and raspberry coulis
• Sliced banana with salted caramel and squirty cream
• Strawberries with chocolate sauce

Chef ’s Tip
These waffles can be savoury by replacing the vanilla with fresh herbs and serving the waffles with low protein hummus or low protein pesto.
