Lemon & Sage Spaghetti

  • 75g cooked Loprofin Spaghetti
  • 100g butter
  • 1 ½ tbsp chopped sage leaves
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper


  1. Cook the Loprofin Spaghetti according to packet instructions.
  2. Melt the butter in a large frying pan.
  3. Add the sage and fry for a few seconds.
  4. Quickly remove the pan from the heat and add the lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Mix a desired amount into the cooked Loprofin Spaghetti and serve with a sprinkling of freshly ground black pepper and some lemon zest.
  6. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 1 week.


Chef's Tip

Don’t worry if the butter hardens in the fridge – simply melt on the pan or spread on toasted  Loprofin Sliced Bread.
