Ingredients

  • 4 slices Loprofin Sliced Loaf (made into breadcrumbs)
  • 1/2 onion, finely diced
  • 1/4 yellow pepper, finely diced
  • 75g butter, melted
  • 1 tsp mixed herbs (fresh or dried)
  • Salt and pepper

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 210°C.
  2. Place the breadcrumbs, vegetables, herbs and seasoning into a large mixing bowl or jug.
  3. Pour over the melted butter and mix well.
  4. Transfer to an overproof dish and cover with a lid or tin foil.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes until golden brown, stirring halfway through.
  6. Store leftovers in the fridge for 3 days or freeze for 3 months.
