Tomato Pasta Bake

  1. Cook the Loprofin Pasta according to packet instructions. Drain, rinse with cold water and set aside.
  2. Bake the Loprofin Sliced Loaf according to packet instructions. Once baked, blitz into breadcrumb sand stir in the butter, seasoning and herbs.
  3. Preheat the oven to 200C.
  4. Heat a little olive oil in a large saucepan over a medium heat. Cook the pepper and courgette for 5 minutes.
  5. Add the tomatoes, bring to the boil, reduce and simmer for 10 minutes. Season to taste.
  6. Stir in the kale and pasta.
  7. Transfer the pasta mix to an ovenproof dish and sprinkle over the breadcrumbs.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes.
  9. Serve topped with some fresh greens.
  10. Store leftovers in the fridge for 3 days or in the freezer for 3 months.
