0.5 Exchange Energy Balls

  • 1/2 small ripe banana
  • 6 tbsp cooked Loprofin Rice
  • 3 tbsp desiccated coconut
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 55g porridge oats


  1. In a food processor, blitz together the banana, oats (reserving some to coat the balls with at the end), desiccated coconut, honey, cinnamon and cooked Loprofin Rice until smooth. If the mixture feels a little wet, add in some more desiccated coconut.
  2. Roll out 10 evenly-sized balls.
  3. Sprinkle the balls with the reserved oats.
  4. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 1 week.

These energy balls are handy for lunchboxes, sports bags or when travelling.
