  • 2 slices of Loprofin Part Baked Sliced Loaf
  • 1 garlic clove, halved
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 ripe tomatoes, deseeded and chopped
  • 25g sundried tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/4 red onion, finely sliced
  • Generous handful of fresh basil leaves
  • Salt and pepper


  1. Toast the bread and rub it with the cut side of the garlic clove.
  2. Drizzle each slice of toast with extra virgin olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
  3. Mix the tomatoes and red onion together in a bowl.
  4. Spoon the vegetables onto the garlic toasted bread and serve drizzled with olive oil and a scattering of basil leaves.
