  1. Rub the butter into the Loprofin Mix.
  2. Mix the yeast, sugar, salt and Sno-Pro/Loprofin Drink to form a soft dough.
  3. Leave the dough to stand for 15 minutes in a warm place.
  4. Divide the dough into 8 small balls and roll out to a disc shape. If they start to stick just  dust the counter with plenty Loprofin Mix.
  5. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil on a frying pan and cook the flatbreads for 3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  6. Serve with coconut yogurt, fresh herbs, low protein pesto, low protein hummus, roasted vegetables or simply with some good quality olive oil and balsamic vinegar.


Chef’s Tip

Try flavouring the dough with herbs, garlic, spices, tomato puree, cumin, curry powder and chilli.
