Low Protein Recipes

The dietary restrictions of sticking to a low protein diet can be demanding. However low protein cooking need not be stressful and once you get the knack of a few basic recipes, it can set you up to be able to prepare many different meals.
Low protein bread, rice and pasta can be used in most meals and so if you get the hang of making these, it can make sticking to a low protein diet a lot easier.

With that in mind, Nutricia Metabolics have developed some practical and easy to follow videos with Chef Neil, a low protein specialist chef. Neil demonstrates how to make the basics and also offers some tips on how you can alter these easily to introduce more variety in your diet.
